NTCC Set to Host 2006 Regional Tourney Eagle Field has been named as the home of the 2006 Region XIV post season baseball tournament. NTCC was the host site of the 2004 tournament. Northeast submitted a bid to host the 2005 tournament, but was turned down because the Regional Committee did not want the same school hosting consecutive years. The Eagle baseball program was rewarded for submitting a bid to host the 2006 tournament. The winner of the Region XIV Tournament, will travel to Grand Junction, CO and represent Region XIV in the NJCAA World Series. The tourney is double elimination format, and is comprised of the top four teams from both the Eastern & Southern Divisions of Region XIV.
