Mentoring/Classroom
Observation:
Each academy participant will be
assigned a mentor. Mentors are faculty
members who have demonstrated successful
teaching skills, and who have taught
at a college on a full-time or part-time
basis for five or more years. The
participant is expected to spend
a minimum of four (4) hours in consultation
or interaction with the mentor during
the training period. One classroom
observation will be an integral
part of the mentoring process. |
