Collin County Community College District

Since its inception, CCCCD has been committed to providing academic excellence in higher education. We continue to receive national acclaim for our award-winning professors, student accomplishments and innovative academic programs.

More than half of our students transfer to a four-year university. The others directly enter the workforce. We prepare tomorrow’s nurses, firefighters, law enforcement professionals, technical professionals, educators and more. We also accommodate lifelong learners. About 20 percent of our students hold degrees and return to enhance their education, update technical knowledge or gain new skills for career advancement.

CCCCD is an integral part of the community. One out of four high school graduates in Collin County will continue their education at CCCCD. In fiscal year 2002, CCCCD served more than 37,000 students. By 2005, the number is expected to grow to more than 42,000.
