The Academy for Part-Time Teachers is an online professional development program designed to help acclimate new full and part-time faculty to the community college teaching environment.  The Academy is being implemented through a partnership that includes Northeast Texas Community College, Paris Junior College, Collin County Community College District, and Tomball College. This project is supported with funds from the Carl Perkins Discretionary Grant Program administered under the auspices of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Austin, Texas.
